1. Services
Ideal Painting provides professional interior painting services, including but not limited to:- Residential and commercial interior painting
- Color consultation
- Surface preparation and priming
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Cabinet painting
- Other related painting and finishing services
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed with the client and are valid for [30] days from the date of issuance.
- Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges.
- A deposit of [50]% may be required before starting the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check,
- Late payments may be subject to a [15]% late fee per month.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations made with less notice may result in a [15]% cancellation fee.
- Ideal Painting reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, material shortages, or emergencies.
5. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer a [XX]-year warranty on workmanship defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 60 days of project completion for a resolution.
6. Liability & Limitations
- Ideal Painting is not responsible for damages to pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or improper surface conditions.
- We take precautions to protect furniture and flooring, but clients are encouraged to remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
